Do not order anything from beacon Threads. I placed an order in February still have not received it and they will not refund my money. They keep sending the same generic emails they really give a bad name to christian businesses. I'm only giving one star because I have to.

My initial issue became more evident when I received a response to my email concerning my order. "The holidays have put us behind schedule". It's May now. Not sure what the holidays have to do with 5 months later.

This company is a complete fraud. I placed an order in March, almost 2 months later nothing. Only communication you'll receive back when emailing about your order is a generic generated response. If you leave negative comments on their Facebook page, they delete them and then block you. Funny how they have all the time to do that, but not send my order. Nice "faith" based company running as a front to fleece the flock. Smh.

I recently placed an order with Beacon Threads on December 6th, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order. The delay has been substantial, exceeding a month and a half.

Regrettably, my experience has been marred by poor communication, inadequate customer service, and unmet expectations regarding shipping times. I was forced to make alternative arrangements for an event due to the untimely delivery.

Prior to my experience, I had read similar reviews from other customers expressing concerns about Beacon Threads' services. Unfortunately, my experience corroborates these claims.

In light of this, I would advise exercising caution when considering an order from Beacon Threads, particularly if timely delivery is essential.

There’s been zero communication. It’s been nearly a month, and my order still hasn’t shown up. Don’t bother with this.

I placed my order and made the payment on 3/5/23, and I got a confirmation along with an order number. Now it's 5/3/23, and I still haven't received anything. I've sent them multiple emails, but they haven't replied. They keep talking about God and selling religious items, but where's the integrity in that? They're just taking people's money without delivering the goods. I paid for shipping and all that jazz. This feels like mail fraud to me. I've never encountered anything like this before. This company is a total scam! Seriously, where's the God in you? It's really disappointing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shady business. You definitely won't get your stuff.

I really should’ve checked out some reviews before I made my purchase, but I figured there wouldn’t be any issues with this business since they claim to be Christian. I ordered on February 2, 2023, and here we are, still waiting. It hasn’t even shipped, and I’ve sent a couple of emails with no reply. Now it’s April 24th, and I’m still in the dark. I’ve learned my lesson—never again will I use this company or recommend them to anyone. Just a terrible experience.

I really ought to have looked at the reviews before I placed my order. This stuff seems to all come from China. Delivery took way too long, and the response was just terrible. I tried reaching out multiple times to track my order, but got absolutely no assistance. Remember, caveat emptor means 'let the buyer beware.' It's a saying that’s stuck around for a reason. And if you’re claiming to be Christian, you better have some integrity to back it up.

AWFUL BUSINESS, AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Everything regarding this company is just bad. I placed my order two months back, have shot off countless emails and DMs, yet no response. I'm planning to dispute with my bank and report it as fraud.

Absolutely awful customer support. I tried contacting them five times regarding my lost order, but I got zero replies. It's been over a month and a half, while their shipping policy claimed it would take only 7-14 days.

I’m never purchasing from them again.

I'm really into the quality of these shirts, and those hoodies? Just fantastic! The messages on the shirts are awesome too! I've placed several orders and have never been let down! Definitely worth a shout-out!

Just a heads up, delivery can take a little while, but patience pays off.

I placed an order with this company three weeks ago and still haven't gotten my stuff. I've reached out via email several times, but no one has replied. Given that they market themselves as a Christian clothing store, I thought their customer service would be nicer. They provided me with a UPS tracking number, but it’s been stuck on 'waiting for item' since April 2nd. Today is April 8th, and I still haven’t heard back from them. I really don’t know when my items will arrive. I wish they had a phone number so I could actually speak to someone. I'm really let down by this Christian clothing business.

So let down... The apparel is super stylish and I really dig their vibe! But, I placed my order 2.5 months back. Got a shipping alert right away, but there was no tracking info and it just stalled. I've tried contacting them multiple times through different social media, email, and their site, but no one has gotten back to me. My requests for help keep getting erased without a word, just like many other folks' comments and questions... it's such a bummer.

I bought a jacket that ended up being too tight. I've been trying to get a return address, but no luck. It's been over 5 months now. I strongly advise against using this company. If you decide to go for it, just make sure you're happy with what you get. I'll keep posting bad reviews weekly until they reach out and help me sort this out. One star feels generous. I really wish I could give it a big fat ZERO, but that option ain't there.
